October 2005 - Jacques Torres Chocolate specializes in fresh, hand-crafted chocolates that are free of preservatives and artificial flavors. Jacques has given new life to classic recipes. He uses state-of-the-art technology in his custom-designed chocolate factory. Jacques Torres Chocolate is located at 66 Water Street, Brooklyn, NY 11201 in the fashionable neighborhood of D.U.M.B.O. (down under the Manhattan bridge overpass). In 2004, Jacques opened Jacques Torres Chocolate Haven, a Manhattan chocolate factory. At this location, Jacques transforms cocoa beans into chocolate bars before your very eyes at 350 Hudson Street
